Our brand new electric boat sails from downtown Stavanger to Lysefjord and Preikestolen all summer. The three-hour Lysefjord cruise is filled with fun for young and old. In Fantahålå (Vagabond’s Cave) you see where the “vagrants” hid from the sheriff in the old days. Not long after, we arrive at Preikestolen, where Tom Cruise climbed the sheer mountain face in the movie Mission Impossible 6. Then we continue to the towering Hengjanefossen waterfall, where the crew brings the bow so close to the falls that you risk getting your face doused with delightful spray!
Along the way, we stop to feed our goats at summer pasture in Lysefjord. They love our visits! The crew tosses carrots and other treats to them. With luck, we might even see the occasional seal sunbathing on a rock.
Fjord Cruise Bingo is a fun activity for the kids! All bingo players get free ice cream in the kiosk, and are part of a drawing for nice prizes. On the return trip, we show cartoons for the kids in the aft cabin.
Our modern, comfortable boats have sundecks, spacious cabins and kiosks offering refreshments, including beer and wine. The kiosk can tempt you with fresh baked goods from our local bakery, Kanelsnurren.
