What are the cancellation policies?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure. No refunds after that deadline. 

Tickets purchased on rodne.no: You can cancel by yourself up to 48 hours before departure through the MyPage link found in the ticket confirmation email we send you. Money is automatically refunded to your account within 10 working days.
