What happens if my cruise ship doesn’t arrive as planned?

In principle, our standard cancellation policy applies if you can't make your tour because of changes in your cruise ship's schedule. However, we will do our best to help you change your booking to a different departure. We appreciate you notifying us as soon as possible.

If your cruise ship does not arrive due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances called "Force Majeure" you receive a full refund. Please contact whichever company sold you the ticket about a refund.
