What happens if my cruise ship doesn’t arrive as planned?

In principle, our standard cancellation policies apply if you are too late for your cruise. Still, we will do our best to help you change your booking to another time, assuming space is available. Please let us know as soon as possible about any delays. If you booked tickets through another vendor, you need to  contact them for help in the event of a delay. If necessary, you can also buy a new ticket at the dock if space is available.
