I was charged but didn’t receive a booking confirmation – what now?
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email with a booking number, your booking was likely not completed.
Here are the most common reasons:
- The payment was not completed – only reserved on your card.
- Bank authentication (such as BankID or 3D Secure) was not approved, and the payment failed.
- The confirmation email landed in your spam folder
- You mistyped your email address
In many cases, the booking was not successful, and someone else might have booked the last tickets just before you. The amount you see on your card is usually just a temporary reservation and will be removed automatically after a few working days.
