Cancelled cruise
If our Captain needs to cancel the cruise due to bad weather, we will inform you via email and sms. You can then contact us for a refund or reschedule your tickets to our next available cruise via mail@rodne.no. Did you purchase tickets through our partner Visit Tromsø, Best Artic or Norwegian Travel, you will need to contact them for any refund or rescheduling as we can’t access their tickets.
