What if I don’t see the Northern Lights or whales on my cruise?

We know how much you’re looking forward to seeing the Northern Lights or spotting whales in Tromsø! Our experienced crew will always do their very best to find good viewing spots, but both are natural phenomena that we can’t guarantee.

That’s why we offer our Second Chance Guarantee:

• If you don’t see the Northern Lights on your Northern Lights Cruise, you’ll receive a free ticket to our next available departure this season.
• The same applies if no whales are spotted during your Whale Safari – you’ll get a free ticket to the next trip (subject to availability and only valid this season).
• Refunds are not issued if you’re unable to join the next cruise.
