Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We offer a full refund on all paid tickets cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure date. After that deadline, no refund will be granted.
Tickets purchased through Rødne
Up to 48 hours before departure, the traveler can cancel the booking on My page. A link to My page is in the order confirmation e-mail from us. The refund is automatically credited to the traveler`s account. After that deadline, no refund will be granted.
Tickets purchased through one of our partners
For cancellations or refunds, please contact the vendor who sold you the tickets. Rødne cannot refund or change tickets sold by our partners.
