Delays and cancelations
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least three days before scheduled departure. After that, a full refund is only made if a physician certifies that the traveler was unable to use the ticket due to illness or injury.
All cancellations must be done by email. Please state your name and your booking number. Note that it can take up to 10 working days before a refund is credited to your account.
For cancellations or refunds, please contact the vendor who sold you the tickets. Rødne cannot refund tickets sold by our partners.
