Can I change or cancel my reservation?

We offer a full refund on all paid tickets cancelled at least two days before the scheduled departure date. After that deadline, no refund will be granted.

Tickets purchased through Rødne

Up to two days before departure date, the traveler can cancel the booking on My page. A link to My page is in the order confirmation e-mail from us. The refund is automatically credited to the traveler`s account. After that deadline, no refund will be granted.

 

Tickets purchased through one of our partners

For cancellations or refunds, please contact the vendor who sold you the tickets. Rødne cannot refund tickets sold by our partners.
