Passenger boat between Stavanger and Lysebotn
Our passenger boat takes you to several destinations in the Lysefjord from our first departure point in Stavanger. On Saturdays and Sundays, we take you through the mighty fjord scenery of Lysefjord with stops along the way. Get the perfect fjord experience on board and at your destination.
We make a stop at Lauvvik and Oanes quay – before continuing further into the Lysefjord. Past the majestic Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock) in beautiful surroundings, we sail on to the next destination, Songesand.
The next stop on the route is the idyllic hamlet of Flørli – a roadless community that offers a wide range of activities and beautiful nature. Planning a day trip to Flørli and want to walk the world’s longest wooden staircase with 4444 steps? Read more about the day trip to the Flørli stairs here.
Further into the fjord we can catch glimpse of the famous Kjeragbolt hanging 1000 meters over the fjord, before we continue to the last stop deep into the Lysefjord- Lysebotn. Take a bus to experience the popular tourist road Lysevegen, with its 27 sharp hairpin bends, until you reach the end of the ascent. Here you’ll find the stunning view restaurant Øygardstøl and the starting point for the hike to Kjerag, Lysefjord’s highest mountain.
Welcome on board!
