Høyt og Lavt Nedstrand (High and Low) is a picturesque and challenging climbing park with a great view of the fjords. Five courses of varying degrees of difficulty, all including zip-lines.
About 90 minutes by boat from downtown Stavanger.
Early May through late October. Open daily in peak season, weekends and holidays, or by advance booking for groups any time year.
Stay in a Sami reindeer herder lavvo teepee. Max. 35 people.

A real challenge
Høyt og Lavt (High and Low), is a family climbing park where guests of all ages and abilities can experience an exciting world in the treetops. It has a series of safe, carefully-designed courses with varying degrees of difficulty. Some 78 elements in all, including 11 zip-lines, in five courses.
It also boasts Norway’s only 304-meter zip-line with a fjord view. There are areas for grilling and picnics, or enjoying local specialties at the café. A delightful mix of excitement, and peaceful enjoyment of fjords and mountains.
Our comfortable charter boats bring you there in about 90 minutes from downtown Stavanger.
